To find out product wise suitable Vendors/Factory we have own Technical, Research and Development team. This team do inspection the Factory/Vendor, evaluate possibility and make sure selecting the right Factory/Vendor.
This is one of our important service to the customers. We monitor and take price all of raw materials by our own team to make price by ourselves for cross check with the Supplier/Factory. With this Support and negotiation in costing stage we can offer a workable and competitive price to the customer.
To give a strong and Quick sample support to the Customer and Vendor Rodela Tex has its own sample section. We have very Experienced Technical person and sample Man to make all kind of samples in apparel industry. All the developments and samples are free of cost as we believe without a strong sample support no one can work properly with his customers.We also have Development Merchandising Team. They work directly with all the raw material suppliers In Bangladesh or in abroad for actual material and quality.Our development team and sample team work together for a good output.
To find out correct Vendor/Supplier we have strong Merchandising and Sourcing Team and company CEO Mr. Rozario handle this part. This team select the actual vendor and all raw material supplier for perfect quality and competitive price
Our strong and experienced Merchandising Team monitor all the merchandising issue with customer and with Vendor/Factory/Supplier. They do follow up all the part for correct time and action
Our Merchandising and Quality Team both works together to do close monitor the production for Correct Workmanship, Quality and on time delivery.
We have highly qualified and experienced QA team. All of the team members are experienced of 7-10 years working in the textile and apparel fields. They are most efficient and have strong alliance with all the concerns, buyers, suppliers, factories and other relevant parties. All the QA presented in the Factory every day time of production. So, our provided quality always in satisfaction Label.
We do our own Inspection 2.5 AQL. Sometimes we do 3rd party inspection as per customer demand. In housed we do production test report and our quality department handle this job. We also do test from our nominated International Lab by our Cost or from customer nominated Lab.
Our Commercial and Merchandising team do every follow up the stage started after delivery up to goods reached in the destination Port.
